The organs
The organs of the Institute are:
- the Scientific Committee and its Chairman
- the Director
- the Steering Committee
- the Auditing Panel
The Scientific Committee
Comprises five expert appointed by the Emilia Romagna Region:
Patrizio Bianchi, Rector of the University of Ferrara;
Giancarlo Lombardi, member of Parliament entrepreneuer (Grignasco);
Emilio Rebecchi, University of Bologna;
Gilberto Seravalli, University of Parma;
Bruno Trentin, director Planning Office, national Cgil (Rome).
The Chairman of Scientific Committee is Patrizio Bianchi Appointed by the Committee itself.
Director
Francesco Garibaldo
He will propose both general orientations and the Institute's annual programme. He is responsible for the Institute's activities, its annual plan and results, its relations with the founding body and with other supporting bodies. He directs the organizational set-up.
The Steering Committee
Representing the entrepreneurial associations and the trade union organizations is n the process of being set up.
The Auditing Panel
The Auditing Panel comprises three full members and two supply members, appointed by the President of the Regional government.
The first Auditing Panel's members were:
Roberto Picone, presidente, Enrico Jovi, Gian Paolo Galletti.
The current members are:
Paolo Leonardi, presidente, Franco Montanari, Luciano Tario.
