Public sector
:: Project leader: Francesca Sbordone
Changes in the normative framework and in labour relations, the enrichment in public service competencies together with the growing use of information technologies, also with a view to supporting new forms of work organisation, must accompany organisational innovation in respect to the valorisation of work and the skills of fe/male workers.
The Institute intends to contribute to the analysis of the transformations of the public sector, to the dissemination of knowledge on forms of work organisation based on quality, responsibility and creativity of fe/male workers and less and less on bureaucratic principles, and to the promotion of organisational innovation in the workplaces. The Institute also intends to monitor, on a regional and national scale, the process of sectoral and services modernisation, and to contribute to the presence of public bodies in a Europe-wide scope.
