The concrete results hitherto achieved in the construction of the social dimension of the process of European integration regard the model of socio-economic regulation and the right to work in Europe, the inception of European Company Committees, the future European systems of worker participation, the employment policy strategies.

The Institute intends to contribute to the spread of new organisational models based on skills, trust and quality of work, by way of the analysis and evaluation of the impact of these results on the Italian and Regional situations.
